Registered voters may vote an advance ballot in person or by mail beginning 20 days prior to each election.
Advance Voting in person (Early Voting)
Voters may cast a ballot in person in the Morris County Clerk's office during regular business hours beginning 20 days before an election, and until noon the day before the election.
Voters have the option of voting a paper ballot or by touch screen voting machine.
Advance Voting by Mail
To vote by mail, you must first complete an Application for an Advance Voting Ballot. Postage prepaid ballots will be mailed 20 days prior to every election.
The application may be mailed to the Morris County Clerk / Election Office or faxed to 620-767-6789.
Individuals who have a permanent physical disability or have been diagnosed as having a permanent illness may apply for Permanent Advance Voting Status.
- Ballots cannot be faxed.
- Ballots must be received in the Morris County Clerk / Election Office by 7:00 p.m. on election night to be counted.
